Directions
Mix 1 scoop (about 12 g) of powder in 6-10 oz (175-300 ml) of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before training. This product is formulated with ingredients that absorb moisture and can lead to clumping of the powder. This is normal and the product may be consumed. Some individuals may notice a tingling and reddening of the skin sensation which is harmless and attributed to beta-alanine.
